I spearheaded the end-to-end development of the Luxe Weavers brand storefront within the Walmart ecosystem. This project required transforming a high-volume product catalog into a cohesive, professional shopping experience while navigating the strict technical constraints and modules of a global marketplace.

Key Management & Execution:

  • Strategic Module Architecture: I strategically deployed interactive carousels for "New Arrivals," "Best Sellers," and seasonal promotions, maximizing the platform’s native features to drive conversion and engagement.

  • Data Taxonomy & UX: I architected a comprehensive category system, organizing a massive SKU inventory by style, color, and size to ensure a seamless and intuitive user journey.

  • Platform Compliance & Asset Management: I managed all technical assets and layouts to meet Walmart’s rigorous brand guidelines, ensuring a high-end look that mirrors a standalone e-commerce site.

  • End-to-End Workflow: I took full ownership of the project lifecycle—from raw product data and category mapping to the final, high-performance digital rollout.
