Women’s Lacrosse Mandala: Custom Vector Illustration & Apparel Design
The Strategy: Developed a high-detail, "hero" graphic for women’s athletic apparel, blending traditional hand-drawn art with modern vector precision. The goal was to create a sophisticated, lifestyle-focused design that resonated with the lacrosse community by incorporating sport-specific elements into an intricate, geometric mandala pattern.
The Execution: Starting with a hand-sketched concept, I meticulously recreated the design in Adobe Illustrator to ensure a clean, production-ready finish. The challenge lay in balancing delicate, realistic linework—specifically within the lacrosse head strings—with a bold enough weight to remain durable and legible across screen-printed apparel and small-format accessories like cell phone wallets.
