As the founder and creative lead of Sweets So Good, I managed the end-to-end lifecycle of the brand—from initial product development and market research to visual identity and digital growth. This project serves as a showcase of my ability to align creative execution with business objectives.

Core Responsibilities & Business Management:

  • Strategic Brand Development: Engineered a minimalist visual identity, including a custom logo and typography system, designed for high shelf-appeal and digital scalability.

  • Operational Oversight: Managed all phases of production, including baking, product photography, packaging layout, and competitor market analysis to ensure a unique brand positioning.

  • Multi-Channel Marketing: Developed and executed an organic social media strategy across Instagram and Facebook, leveraging high-fidelity imagery and data-driven content to build a community from the ground up.

  • Product Lifecycle Management: Oversaw the journey from developing recipes and kitchen concepts to final consumer-ready packaging, ensuring quality control and brand consistency at every touchpoint.
