I managed the end-to-end design and structural rollout of the Luxe Weavers Brand Store on Amazon. This project involved synthesizing high-volume SKU data into a high-conversion, "social-first" shopping experience, ensuring the brand stood out in a highly competitive global marketplace.

Key Management & Execution:

  • Strategic UX Architecture: Built a multi-page storefront with a logical navigation hierarchy, allowing customers to filter a vast catalog by rug collection, room type, and size.

  • A+ Content & Brand Storytelling: Developed and deployed "From the Brand" carousels and A+ content modules to communicate brand value and technical product specifications.

  • Mobile-First Optimization: Oversaw the technical layout to ensure 100% responsiveness, prioritizing the mobile shopping experience which accounts for the majority of marketplace traffic.

  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborated with marketing and inventory teams to align storefront visuals with seasonal sales cycles, ensuring all hero imagery and featured "Best Seller" tiles were synchronized with active advertising campaigns.
